|LiveHive Systems and Survivor.com has announced preliminary results from the world’s first real-time interactive reality TV competition – Bet-On-Survivor. Fans of the TV show Survivor: Panama – Exile Island compete by predicting the outcome of events on the show.|
The show utilises the LiveHive NANOGAMING Solution to power the Bet-On-Survivor competition. Operators at the LiveHive will watch the show as it is aired to determine the wagering opportunities and generate specific odds on events. The odds will immediately be posted on betonsurvivor.com. During each hour long episode, an average of 25 to 30 wagering opportunities is presented to players.
So far, over 75 percent of Bet-On-Survivor registered users are women.
