|iGaming Business Magazine and Lyceum Events, in conjunction with online industry forum Gambit, is to host an event tomorrow evening which investigates the risks posed by current US legislation on the iGaming industry.|
The event will incorporate a number of legal topics pertaining to the recent events that have had such a debilitating impact on the online gaming industry. Among the highlights will be a presentation explaining State and Federal indictments, which will provide an overview of anti-gaming legislations throughout individual states.
In addition a panel of legal experts will chair an open forum covering topics including UK and EU Extradition, the specifics of the recent arrests of David Carruthers, Peter Dicks, Manfred Bodner and Norbert Teufelberger, plus details on how to obtain information as to who is marked for arrest on arrival in the US and the EU.
