|Cyberscan Technology Inc, the provider of new technology for the gaming industry, has announced its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2006.|
Financial highlights report an increase in turnover from £7.1 million in the same period last year to £11.4 million, with a pre-tax profit of £2.6 million. The cash balance for the period stands at £15.9 million, a significant increase on last year’s total.
Business highlights chart contracts with Ladbrokes to supply 7,000 next generation Fixed Odds Betting Terminals (FOBTs), the continued roll out of Interactive Video-Lottery Terminals in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, plus the licensing of the Technology/Platform and IP to operators in Italy and South Africa.
