Zone4Play, the leading developer of interactive software and technology for the betting and gaming industry, has announced that its indirect subsidiary RNG Gaming Ltd has put pen to paper a non-exclusive license agreement valued at over $1 million with industry leader Golden Palace Ltd.
Under the terms of the agreement, which represents Zone4Play's largest deal to date, Golden Palace will offer non-US customers a new multiplayer Blackjack tournament service based on software developed by RNG Gaming.
'The Tournament Blackjack software is an exciting new addition to the Golden Palace group of games,' said Golden Palace CEO, Richard Rowe. 'We expect Tournament Blackjack to skyrocket in popularity. RNG Gaming's superior software, partnered with Golden Palace’s ten-year tradition of online gaming excellence is a winning combination.'
The deal marks the first license agreement for RNG Gaming, and allows for Golden Palace poker players to be integrated into a single E-Cash wallet to enhance cross-marketing opportunities between them and the new blackjack tournament service.
Shimon Citron, CEO of Zone4Play, added, 'This considerable agreement is a clear endorsement of our technically superior product. We look forward to a long and successful relationship with Golden Palace and expect that other players in the market will follow suit.'
