Turbo Boost for Online Poker Players
By Jeremy Kingsley
Everest Poker has announced that it plans to continue its popular 'Turbo Lunch' tournaments in the New Year. The poker games are arranged so that players in Asia and Europe can enjoy a fast-paced game of Texas Hold 'em during their lunch breaks and have proved a favourite among regular online gamblers.

The blinds are raised every 4 minutes in the games, ensuring “exciting action that still leaves players time to eat their lunch,” according to Jonathon May, programme manager for Everest Poker.

The poker room hosts the tournaments every weekday at 04:00 and 13:00 (GMT) and are open to all members of the site with a buy in of $5 or 1,250 of their 'Summit Points' granted by their rewards programme.

Everest Poker is known for recognising the many non-English speaking poker enthusiasts around the world and supplies its software in 11 languages with customer support in 15 languages. Tournament schedules are available as RSS and XML feeds.
