|Lyceum Media has set the bar early for iGaming parties in 2007 with the largest Fire & Ice in its six-year history. With the support of sponsors, software provider CryptoLogic and games developer NextGen Gaming, guests partied the night away consumed within a Studio 54 atmosphere at the sophisticated and trendy Glass Bar and Paper Club in Central London.|
Fire & Ice started six years ago when the then-fledgling online gaming industry had no parties or networking events to attend following the International Casino Expo (ICE) in London. Michael Caselli, a partner in Lyceum Media arranged an ad hoc get together for some friends in the industry, and Jodie Thind, partner at Lyceum Media, transformed it from a 60 person party into the biggest party in iGaming with over 1,000 members of the industry in attendance.
Drag Queens, Playboy Bunnies, Go-Go Girls, Break Dancers and a Bevy of Beauties entertained the 1,000 guests into the early hours at the 70s glam disco themed Fire & Ice 2007. Esther Whitehead, Lyceum Media said, “We really wanted to add that WOW factor to Fire & Ice this year. Events are a natural progression for iGaming Public Relations firm Lyceum Media, who has used the party to highlight the capability of its Events Division - their motto - if you like the way we party – then we'll do one for you.”
In addition to the annual Fire & Ice party, Lyceum Media in conjunction with iGaming Business magazine throw social events in London and Vancouver throughout the year as a way for the industry to network.
