|Event organisers Clarion Gaming has announced details of its Combating Cybercrime In Betting and Gaming conference in January and said that over 150 international specialists from top organisations are expected to attend.|
Taking place on January 22 at London’s Earls Court Conference Centre, the event will see experts including Sandra Barton-Nichols, Head of Risk Investigations for Betfair, and Jim Noakes, Head of Transactional Services for Gala Coral, address the latest issues and help visitors create a long-term anti-money laundering strategy.
Clarion said that the conference has been designed to assist companies in successfully identifying and authenticating customers, avoiding charge-backs and fraudulent transactions, dealing with DDoS extortion along with understanding the third European Union directive on money laundering.
In addition, the event will see an address from Leon Thomas, Head of Regulatory Compliance for PartyGaming and help and assistance from leading figures on PCI compliance and new credit card standards for securing data.
There will also be interactive roundtable discussions where international specialists will help attendees tackle their most important challenges along with operator case studies that will give visitors the opportunity to hear from leading iGaming operators and learn from their experiences.
