Bodog Celebrates 1 Billion Hands of Poker
By Staff
Online casino celebrated dealing its one-billionth hand of poker on Sunday with generous rewards for each player at the table where the milestone hand was dealt.

After weeks of publicity and prizes, Bodog announced that every person playing live poker at the table received a share of a special $10,000 prize and $109 in tournament buy-ins.

The Antigua-based company had expected to hit the milestone before the end of the month and stated that the nine lucky poker players were playing from locations across the United States. There will now be a final grand prize draw with one lucky player receiving a $1,000 monthly bankroll for one year.

'While this is an opportunity to look back at how far we've come since we launched our poker room in 2004, we're already looking forward to dealing our next billion hands,' said Calvin Ayre, founder of Bodog.

'We will continue to provide players with the best online poker experience available as well as Bodog's world-class customer service.'
