|Leading gaming solutions provider Gextech has announced that it is to team up with the UK’s Ladbrokes to operate an online version of its Fantastic League virtual fixed-odds soccer game next year.|
Gextech has offices in London, Barcelona and Malaga and stated that its adaptable virtual gaming platform allows Fantastic League to be channeled online or as a broadcast product designed for betting shops and interactive television. In addition, its Smart Stitch technology allows the complexity and excitement of team sports to be reproduced to provide the same betting opportunities as live events.
Fantastic League features three-dimensional graphics with twelve different teams playing matches every six minutes.
'We are very excited to work with Ladbrokes,“ said Graeme Baker, Group Chairman for Gextech.
“As one of the leading brands in the gaming industry and with their extensive experience in online gaming they are an ideal partner for us.'
'Fantastic League is a great addition to our games portfolio,” said Andy Harris, Managing Director of Games and New Channels for Ladbrokes.
“I’m sure the product will appeal to our customer base and we’re really looking forward to launching it in 2008.'
