|The UK-focused online casino for Paddy Power, PaddyPockets.com, has signed a deal with gaming device firm Electronic Game Card (EGC) as part of a retail promotion strategy.|
According to Ireland’s SiliconRepublic.com news service, PaddyPocket.com is to deploy EGC’s electronic gaming devices to help it acquire customers in the UK and assist in an overall brand awareness campaign.
“Our innovative game cards are a cost-efficient and highly effective promotional device for achieving marketing campaign revenue objectives through familiarity and relevance to games offered in the online world,” said a spokesperson for EGC.
EGC stated that its client base is spread across the $202 billion market in state and national lotteries as well as gaming and casino businesses with its electronic gaming devices able to be programmed to suit a variety of promotional applications.
Paddy Power operates over 220 retail betting shops between Ireland and the UK and has an extensive online portfolio including fixed-odds sports betting, poker and fixed-odds games, casino, bingo, financial trading, lotteries, skill-gaming and auctions.
