|Dublin-based collaborative fraud management firm Ethoca has appointed Tom Ridge, the former first Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security, to its board of directors.|
Ridge also served as the 43rd Governor of his home state of Pennsylvania from 1995 until leaving in 2001 and is currently President and Chief Executive Officer for Ridge Global, a security and economic consulting firm for businesses and governments around the world.

In addition to his position at Ridge Global, the former Republican Governor also serves as Chairman of the National Organization on Disability and National Co-Chairman of the Flight 93 National Memorial.

In 1982, Ridge became the first Vietnam combat veteran to be elected to the US House of Representatives and went on to be re-elected by voters in Pennsylvania five times.
