|Montreal-based affiliate marketing agency Income Access has launched a survey to gather quantifiable information on the affiliate marketplace aimed at marketers.|
Available at SurveyMonkey.com, the poll has been designed to collect information on affiliates and their preferences while an executive summary of the results will be made available to participating affiliates and clients of Income Access.
'We've always been focused on building long-term relationships and that requires having an understanding of your partners,' said Nicky Senyard, Chief Executive Officer for Income Access.
'As the market evolves, so do the needs of your partners. This survey is an extremely valuable exercise for both Income Access and affiliates. It will allow us to understand how affiliates are changing and what we can do to continue delivering the type of support they need to succeed.'
Comprised of 25 questions, Income Access revealed that the results of survey would guide future software developments to help it better meet the needs of its clients and enhance their success. Its 15-member affiliate team will also use the information to better serve affiliates.
'Income Access has been leading the industry by focusing on relationships and gathering the intelligence to build them,' said Senyard.
'We work closely with affiliates to help them succeed, providing them with extensive support and marketing tools. To better understand their needs and continue to deliver on our high standard of customer support, we're launching this survey to gather intelligence on what they need most out of an affiliate network and the software that powers it.'
