UK Launch For Live Roulette

UK-based interactive gambling provider NetPlay TV has announced the launch of a free programme for Freesat TV, the joint digital television service from terrestrial broadcasters BBC and ITV.

Live Roulette launched on dedicated Channel 851 around-the-clock on Thursday and allows viewers to watch the show on television and then place bets either online at LiveRoulette.com or via an 0871 telephone number.

Freesat TV reaches 98 percent of UK households and has over 80 free digital channels spread over television and radio plus high definition services. Its line-up is scheduled to grow each month with up to 200 channels on air by the end of the year and viewers need only pay a one-off equipment fee in order to receive the service with no further subscription or contract charges.

'We are very excited to launch Live Roulette on Freesat,” said Martin Higginson, Chairman and Chief Executive for NetPlay TV.

“This is yet another step for NetPlay TV to accelerate our growing player base and reach yet more viewers. We are looking forward to a long and fruitful partnership with Freesat.'
