London-based gaming exhibition and conference organisers Clarion Gaming has announced that Sue Schneider is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer for its American office.
Schneider agreed to remain at the helm of the former River City Group for two years following its sale and will remain with Clarion in a consulting capacity for industry relations and to oversee the development of new events and services.
'This is still such a dynamic industry, so I'm pleased to continue my relationship with Clarion Gaming to continue to innovate and implement new ideas to serve it,” said Schneider.
In addition, Clarion stated that its suburban St Louis office is to undergo several staffing changes to better reflect the new responsibilities of a number of key members as well as the addition of new personnel to further improve customer service.
'We've got over 60 years of i-gaming industry experience among those staff, which is amazing for such a nascent industry, so we're keen to leverage both the knowledge and relationships that they have to continue to grow Clarion Gaming,” said Peter Rusbridge, Chief Executive Officer for Clarion Gaming.
'This is an exciting time for Clarion Gaming as we create solid service operations in London, the Americas and Asia. Unlike other event or publication companies, which cover a lot of industries, Clarion Gaming is of and for the gaming industry alone. We've been serving that industry in one form or another since 1990 and will continue to listen and respond to what the international gaming industry tells us.'
