London-based online payment and money transfer system Ivobank has announced that it is launching its Internet banking services to customers in Italy, France and Germany.
UK-licensed Ivobank specialises in offering online payments and money transfers and initially launched in Great Britain, Spain, Ireland and Canada in July. It stated that expanding into Europe means more online bankers, gamblers and shoppers can now take advantage of the benefits of its virtual services.
The firm offers secure and fast online payments, around-the-clock customer telephone support, online live chat and secure e-mail and competitive rates of interest on deposits. On top of this, Ivobank allows customers to move money instantly from their account to those of friends and family overseas for at no cost, making it very attractive for international money transfers.
“More businesses and people are now choosing to bank online, make payments and transfer money on the Internet,” said Timothy Sawyer, Managing Director for Ivobank.
“Following our successful launch in the UK, Ireland, Spain and Canada, we are looking forward to opening up our rapid payments service to more customers across Europe and plan to introduce our service to even more European countries shortly.”
Just like existing clients, customers in France, Italy and Germany will now have access to The Ivobank Virtual Card, which can be used to make purchases online anywhere that MasterCard is accepted. Every time customers use their Card it produces a new number and clients can set a transaction limit. This means that the Card cannot be used once a transaction has been made, increasing security for online shoppers.
