Tuesday 23rd September 2008 – GameAccount today appointed Nigel Payne, former Group Chief Executive at Sportingbet, as its Non-Executive Chairman. Payne, who joined Sportingbet in 2000 as Group Finance Director, was appointed Group Chief Executive the following year.
