|Casino Atlantis Online, the online operation of global resort company Kerzner International, formerly Sun International Hotels, is going to be in UK punters’ faces soon, with the launch of a six-figure cross-media ad campaign.|
The online effort will appear on partner web sites including MSN.co.uk, Btopenworld and online ad sales house AdLINK’s network of sites. The ad campaign has been planned and media space bought by digital ad agency Profero.
The ad campaign, designed in-house by Casino Atlantis Online's parent company Kerzner Interactive, is also running on some web sites within Dennis Interactive, the online division of Dennis Publishing. Dennis Interactive includes web sites for magazines such as Maxim, Auto Express, PlayNation and PC Pro.
'It is very difficult to find fresh online casino players because of the flood of operations that have hit the market, said Alex Czajkowski, marketing director of Kerzner Interactive. 'Our campaign aims to show consumers that we are the online extension of a real casino to instill trust.'
Offline advertisements will appear in the UK national press including The Times (UK) and The Observer (UK). It has been planned and bought by Frontline Media, with creative by advertising agency CBA.
The online campaign has the slogan “The real casino online: CasinoAtlantis.com”, while the offline version will use the somewhat less catchy line “The world-renowned Casino Atlantis now open in the UK”.
Czajkowski added that the campaign is being used to test the consumer market. If results are positive, Kerzner Interactive will look to roll out further ads and expand the push later this year.
Casinoatlantis is regulated in the British Isles under Isle of Man law.
