Events specialists Lyceum Media has announced that this year’s Fire&Ice social event will take place on January 28 beginning at nine o’clock in the evening at the stylish Gilgamesh Lounge in London’s Camden Town.
Now in its eighth year, Fire&Ice is a free event organised annually for industry executives by Lyceum around the International Gaming Expo (IGE) trade show, formerly known as the International Casino Exhibition (ICE). It is being produced by London iGaming PR and will bring together online gambling executives, operators, affiliates, media and suppliers in an informal way, epitomising an industry that is on the cutting-edge of digital entertainment.
Located in Camden Market on Chalk Farm Road, Gilgamesh has seen its dramatic interiors, unique hand-carved furniture, retractable ceiling and beaten bronze panels featured in numerous magazines.
“Gilgamesh was the son of a mortal King and a goddess, the king of Uruk, known in the Bible as Erech, the greatest king on Earth and the strongest super-human to ever exist,” said the owners of the trendy nightspot.
AsianLogic, CryptoLogic, The Cake Poker Network and Bluff Europe are co-sponsoring this year’s Fire&Ice with guests able to obtain an invitation at IGE from representatives of Lyceum at the iGaming Business or CryptoLogic booths. The event is being held between IGE and the CAP Euro iGaming conference for maximum effect and guests may also sign up to receive an invite at LyceumMedia.com/FireAndIce.
“We had quite a challenge selecting a venue for 2009 as we needed something exclusive yet extravagant enough to create an unforgettable Fire&Ice for veterans and to amaze its newcomers,” said Jodie Thind, Event Producer for Lyceum.
“Gilgamesh is the perfect place to party, network and, most importantly, to have a fantastic evening.
“With our 2009 sponsors on board, AsianLogic, CryptoLogic, Lyceum Media, Cake Poker Network and Bluff Europe, we promise another unforgettable night.”
