|Igamingmonitor.com, a new site dedicated to the business side of the online gaming sector launched last week. The site is touted as a venue for the sharing of information and resources on service providers to the internet gaming industry. The main focus of the on-site forums will be discussions around media and marketing suppliers.' We are excited that there has been a tremendous interest in the concept and a number of respected industry professionals have signed up as members already,' said Maryann Morrison, one of the founders behind the I Gaming Monitor. 'As a marketing representative, it is clear to me that the I Gaming Monitor will fill a much needed gap between sharing of information on suppliers, particularly in regards to unfulfilled campaign promises.'”|
The I Gaming Monitor provides a mediation service between suppliers and operators in order to encapsulate some return on investments with unsatisfactory campaigns. There is work in progress to introduce a recommended supplier list, the criteria being both from verifiable references as well as member feedback. There are two types of memberships, a regular member and a verified member who has provided their professional contact details to the administrators while maintaining their confidentiality on the board. Verified members of the I Gaming Monitor can cast their votes on the supplier listings, have access to a supplier watch newsletter, and can opt to take part in co-operative media placements.
Registration to the Gaming Monitor is free of charge.
