The 65-casino network Jackpot Madness has announced a record-breaking total of $40 million in jackpot payouts. This total comes after Peggy L won $58,683.68 on the sites newest multi-line progressive slot the Treasure Nile, in her second jackpot win on a Jackpot Madness site.

Marilyn Glazier, press agent for jackpot madness.com said, “We congratulate Peggy on her second big win, and look forward to seeing her name again on our rapidly growing list of multiple jackpot winners.”

The $40 million total comes exactly a year after the gaming portal opened in September 2000, and has had over a thousand jackpot winners, “No other gaming network has approached anywhere close to $40,000,000 in payouts. This milestone was achieved just one year after introducing the portal, making for a very happy birthday celebration for the over one thousand progressive winners who hit jackpots this past year,” said Glazier.

The Treasure Nile progressive is also a record holder, having paid out a staggering $389,843.85 to Lucky Nugget player Oliver C, the largest jackpot ever online. The slot has paid out a total of $1,515,684.90 since its launch just a month and a half ago.
