Canadian Internet gaming operator ProPoker Inc. have sued their software provider MXM Media Services Inc. alleging that they company failed to set up a website for ProPoker by the end of May despite the fact that they had received more than $300,000 in payment.

ProPoker Inc. allege that MXM Media Services Inc and its president Brian Schindel overcharged them for equipment and software and illegally used its software to get contracts with ProPoker’s rivals.

“Without a website, the hundreds of thousands of dollars that have been invested, the advertising that has been undertaken, and the rights of the shareholders of ProPoker and its related entities will be ruined,” said ProPoker who also stated that they faced the “real probability of being forced out of business.”

MXM Media Services could not be reached for comment on the case.
