Online Casinos Joint-Venture

Las Vegas. July 29, 2003. WinWin Gaming, Inc. (OTCBB: WNWN), a local operator of international lotteries and casinos, has announced that it will form a joint venture with a Vancouver, British Columbia firm, LasVegasFromHome.com. (LVFHF) to provide “innovative” Internet software for the gaming industry, through LVFHF’s wholly owned Antiguan subsidiary, Action Poker Gaming, Inc. (AP).

AP is fully licensed by the Kahnawake Indian Territory in Montreal, Canada, and WinWin cites as licensees Atlantis World Poker.com, Viet-Casino.com, among other online casinos, and its “main operating website,” Tiger Gaming.com.

Texas Hold'em, Chinese Poker, and Big 2 are some of the games featured by LVFHF, the company that was first to introduce, recently, an online version of Panguingue, or Pan, the popular card game.

Through the joint venture, the companies expect to create a variety of new lottery and gaming websites in jurisdictions in the world where Internet gaming is legal. 'We believe the addition of Internet lottery sites allows us to further expand our international land-based lottery operations and provide a greater range of options to potential customers, particularly in Southeast Asian markets,' said WinWin President Patrick Rogers.
