Las Vegas From Home.com (LVH), the online gaming software developer, said Friday that it has struck a deal with Montana Overseas, a master licensing agent for rival software developer Real Time Gaming, to jointly license LVH and RTG online games worldwide.

Shares in LVH rose sharply on Friday after the company said its poker products will be licensed along with games made by Real Time Gaming, allowing their combined programs to be offered around the world by Montana Overseas, itself a master licensing agent for Real Time Gaming.

LVH said it is also negotiating with several other well-known Internet gaming entities to license their product.
