By maddy
The Mystic Lake Casino is promising to make gaming more exciting for customers, with its new technology. It has installed Opera's new gaming interface which will connect guest profiles to player data, enabling Mystic Lake to provide more personalized service, manage complimentary guest offerings or ‘comps’ more efficiently and streamline the accounting process.

The new Windows-based system is expected to consolidate its gaming revenues and enhance customer experience.

The Midwest's largest casino property, Mystic Lake has also upgraded its property management system (PMS) to the Opera Enterprise solution from Micros Systems, one of the leading providers of information technology solutions for the hospitality industry.

Micros has over 140,000 Micros systems currently installed in casinos and entertainment operations in more than 130 countries.

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, located 25 miles south of Minneapolis and the Mall of America, is owned and operated by the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community.
