|European Game & Entertainment Technology Ltd Ab (EGET), a Finnish supplier of interactive gaming solutions, has successfully delivered an Internet gaming system and three instant games to the newly established Swedish gaming operator Sperospel.se (www.sperospel.se). Sperospel.se is the first to be granted a gaming license by the Swedish National Gaming Board (Lotteriinspektionen) in order to offer games to the public over the Internet.|
Sperospel.se will initially offer three appealing instant Internet games:
(1) Femman, which is Sweden’s cheapest scratch card. Femman gives the player value for money with two scratch games and a lot of opportunities to win.
(2) Sperolotten scratch card, which gives the player three possibilities to win up to 3 million SEK.
(3) Casinolotto, a new product on the Swedish market. Casinolotto is an adaptation of Keno where the player can win up to 3 million SEK in an instant draw.
The games have been designed to be fun and interesting while still meeting the high security requirements set by individual players and the Swedish National Gaming Board. All games also offer a double-or-nothing bonus game in which the player can double winnings and win even more money.
EGET's WinOne™ Gaming System, which is the foundation for the www.sperospel.se gaming site, gives Sperospel.se the possibility to offer players highly customized services using also multiple distribution media in addition to the Internet. WinOne™ offers Sperospel.se the opportunity to expand traditional distribution channels with traditional scratch cards via resellers to a more interactive channel, the Internet. Via Internet Sperospel.se can offer a more focused business-to-consumer service.
“We want to develop and offer alternatives for players in Sweden - both alternatives to the international gaming sites and alternatives to different types of players. That is why we want to initially offer three instant games but our vision is to be the creative challenger in the Swedish market that constantly will offer new and appealing services to players” says Mr. Jörgen Nordlund, CEO of Sperospel.se.
'This project has been interesting, challenging, and strategically important for EGET. We knew right from the start that the quality demands are high and that the Swedish government authority’s requirements will be strict. Therefore we are extremely pleased that everything has been accomplished in good partnership with Sperospel.se and other partners in this project', says Mr. Lauri Gorski, CEO and President of EGET.
