While inside the courtroom of the federal courthouse in Lower Manhattan, 62-year old Martha Stewart is fighting to clear her name, save her company and avoid a prison term. Outside the courthouse, supporters will wear kitchen aprons that say 'Save Martha', as thousands of bettors are betting online about her future.

The queenbee of American style homemaking is garnering more interest now, than she ever did in her prime time. Ireland's online gambling site,, has started accepting bets on whether Stewart will be convicted of securities fraud, obstruction of justice and other charges related to a stock sale two years ago.

With her trial under way this week, the online betting stakes for Stewart could not be higher.

The businesswoman, television personality, publisher, craftswoman, and chef all rolled into Ms Stewart, is now just being designated as a lawbreaker.

Online bettors are not sure for now, if itís right to break the bank to bet on the house.
