|In response to the latest economic conditions, the World Gaming Congress and Expo (WGCE) have redesigned one of the seminars scheduled for its upcoming trade show. WGCE is the worlds largest and most established international trade show for the gaming industry.|
The “Wall Street Eyes Gaming Panel” has now been restructured in order to specifically address the present financial state of the industry and offer possible solutions as to what can be done in order to help survive these trying times.
WGCE runs from October 17th-19th at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas. The updated “Wall Street” seminar is presented on October 17th at 10.15am-11.15am. Moderating the panel is Joe Weinert, casino business reporter with The Press of Atlantic City. Other panellists will include Jason Ader, Senior Managing Director, Bear Stearns, Andrew Zarnett, Deustche Banc, Raymond Cheesman, Senior VP, Jeffries & Co., and John Kempf, Vice President, Goldman Sachs (New York).
Brian Vargas, Senior Vice President, Trade Shows for GEM Communications, producer of WGCE, said:
“We always have the needs of the industry at the forefront of our minds, and in the light of the current financial situation, it was very appropriate to redesign this seminar to address the tough, timely issues facing the industry”.
