|All new magazines are a bit of a gamble, but Dennis publishing feel, with the popularity of gaming surging, the climate is right for the UK’s glossy monthly magazine devoted entirely to gambling. The first issue of Inside Edge goes on sale today (Friday) with a flurry of publicity, and will add to Dennis’ extensive range of men’s lifestyle titles.|
The publishing company say the magazine is targeted at an audience of 28-55 year olds of disposable income, who are interested in gambling as a ‘serious leisure pursuit’ and will offer advice on sports betting, financial spreads and casino games, with a particular emphasis on internet betting and online strategy. It will have an initial print-run of 55,000.
