Onlywinners.com Refuses Payout

A player at Onlywinners.com who won $5,000 at the blackjack table was refused payment because he was included on a ‘negative database’ of players accused of fraud.


After waiting two weeks for his payment, and finding that there was no phone number for customer service at the site, the player (Joe) was told he could not collect his winnings because he had “engaged in fraudulent activities.” No other explanation was given.


Joe has sent a number of e-mails player at Onlywinners.com who won $5,000 at the blackjack table was refused payment because he was included on a ‘negative database’ of players accused of fraud.


After waiting two weeks for his payment, and finding that there was no phone number for customer service at the site, the player (Joe) was told he could not collect his winnings because he had “engaged in fraudulent activities.” No other explanation was given.


Onlywinners.com is a licensee of Gambling Software. Mark Waters, the co-founder of Gambling Software said that although the negative database wasn’t Gambling Software’s, he was “Led to believe that they’ve (Onlywinners.com) had experience with this guy (Joe) in the past.”


Joe was unhappy with the decision and stated “I will never go online and do this again. I had some success with it. I had some fun with it and probably for a week or two, got the bug and really liked it.”
