Malta’s WorldMatch, the first gaming system to be fully regulated by an EU member state, has announced it has formed an agreement with Game Network, the satellite channel, to provide an online casino under the Game Network Brand. Game Network, part of the Digital Bros group, is a video game and multi-media entertainment orientated which broadcasts throughout Europe on Eutelsat and Astra.

Alessandro Fried, President of WorldMatch, said of the deal: “The agreement integrates the WorldMatch mission, offering an entertaining and safe online form of leisure, with the high degree of interactivity offered by the Game Network TV channel.”

“WorldMatch,” added Mr. Fried, “is not going in the market with its own casino, but through testimonials; that is, companies with well-known brands, such as tour operators, sports companies, internet portals, cruise lines, which have gained the trust of their customers and ...have decided to offer them an alternative form of entertainment.”

WorldMatch is currently negotiating with over 180 testimonials of well-known brands and over the next three years, hopes to acquire 10% of the European market with a gross turnover of 500 million euros and a gross revenue of about 50 million euros.
