|Spread betting site Sporting Index is now installing some website analytics software, to aid the tracking and understanding of visitors’ behaviour on their site. The software is to be provided by Site Intelligence, a UK company who specialise in producing software to aid websites in analysing the movements of visitors to their sites. The package to be used by Sporting Index is called Visitor Behaviour Information System (VBIS).|
Systems Manager of Sporting Index, Steve Beard explained, : 'As a world leader we look to partner with companies that have a similar philosophy for working together and Site Intelligence was a perfect fit. The VBIS website analytics tool gives us a valuable reporting capability to track and analyse customer activity on our website and also helps us understand how our other channels such as mobile and interactive TV are being used.'
