Philippines, September 2004. G-Master Technology Company Limited www.gmastech.com, has been appointed by First Cagayan (Philippines Online Gambling License Issuing Organization) to analyze and ensure all software being used by each applicant for a Restrictive SportsBook License complies with the requirements of the Interactive Gaming Act.

G Master will provide FCLRC with a certificate of compliance to this effect prior to the issuance of any license.

“G-Master has great I.T. experience in the online gambling market, their comments on the software would not only contribute to us but also to the applicant” says Albee Benitez, the president of First Cagayan. “We are confident that this cooperation will be a win-win situation for the investors, G-Master and First Cagayan.”

“One of the many reasons we adopt G Master’s services is because they have accumulated 4 years of experiences with analyzing different World Class systems, both casino and sports betting. They are clear about Pros and Cons of each software; we hope they could bring these experiences on board” says Benitez.

Jason Chan, the CEO of G-Master Technology Company Limited, is very optimistic about the cooperation. “At the moment, there are not a lot of software suitable for Asian operators, they are either too complicated for punters or for back end controllers,” says Chan. “We will try our best to offer practical advices to applicant if their software is not competitive enough for Asian markets.” Followed by a smile, Chan says “we are neutral to all software because we do not develop our own, unlike other international audit companies where they might be biased to their local products.”
