|UBA Technology Inc, is now marketing a new software designed for online betting exchanges. In response to the growing market, UBA is developing bespoke software solutions for betting exchange sites, aimed at the smaller end of the market. UBA has produced a model called Mini-Ubet, which will provide select event betting to licensed gambling sites around the world.|
UBA decided to concentrate on the smaller model rather than compete for business from already established large sites like Betfair. The model supplied by UBA will then be individually designed to suit every client for the software, with functionality and support services being provided by their wholly owned subsidiary Ubetanything.com.
The software already built also incorporates the capability for secure financial payments on the site, as well as in built database management systems. There is also the ability to support multiple currencies and languages.
There is a rapidly growing market for UBA and other software providers, as betting exchanges have been taking off with the public, and are proving to be more popular than ever. Recently Media & Entertainment Consulting Network predicted that the annual betting revenue raised by online exchanges would rise from US$16 billion this year, to US$159 billion by 2008.
Additionally UBA have also just released another new product- its Wireless Event-Trading platform. This product is packaged with the Betting exchange software, and will allow interested punters to Java-enabled cell phones and PDA’s to place bets directly on a site which hosts both forms of their software.
