N.V., a licensed Internet based gaming development and management firm has bought Clockmedia for an undisclosed amount.

Clockmedia was one of the first online software development companies to employ FlashR non-download technology for their games and the first to use Linux OS for its gaming platforms, having first introduced a full non-download FlashR casino in March of 2001.

Assets include source code for all fully and partially completed games, all agreements, and gaming intellectual property.

Mr. Jorge Mijares, President and CEO of Clockmedia Inc. said; “working with Full House to bring this deal to its final stages has been a daunting project, stressful at times and now after ten months of hard work we have a deal we can all be happy with. We have agreed on a plan that will allow both companies to perform in their strongest areas.'

Mr. Joe Mulligan Operating Manager of Full House Entertainment N.V was quoted as saying 'I'm very happy to announce the closing of this deal. Clockmedia's software never reached its full potential in the market and I am glad it did not, this is a golden opportunity for Full HouseEntertainment N.V. and its future.'
