|Lewis and Roca LLP, one of the Southwest’s leading law firms, have announced that Anthony N. Cabot has joined the firm as a partner. Cabot joins Lewis and Roca’s gaming practice, and is set to lead the gaming law efforts for the firm, together with Steve Hart, who is located in the Phoenix office.|
Cabot has practiced gaming law for over 23 years with an emphasis in traditional gaming law and Internet gaming, sweepstakes, and contests. Prior to joining Lewis and Roca, Cabot was a partner with Las Vegas firm Lionel Sawyer & Collins, where he chaired their gaming practice.
Cabot is the president and a founding member of the International Masters of Gaming Law Association, Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Gaming Law Review, and author of several reference books on gaming law and Internet gambling. He also currently serves as an adjunct professor at Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
