Online Gaming Site Targets Women
By staff
Next month MoneyGaming.com is to launch a bid to attract more women to online gaming. The £1million campaign will attempt to bring more women to its site that allows players to compete in skill-based games for money.

MoneyGaming.com believes that affluent women represent a large and relatively untapped market, Liad Shababo, chief executive of MoneyGaming, said, “Our target audience is 18-plus, affluent and well-educated. Middle-aged women are the fastest-growing sector, so 40% of our marketing is aimed at them.”

MoneyGaming is confident that the popularity of online Poker sites such as PartyGaming.com, which has performed so well on the London Stock Exchange since flotation, will help expand interest amongst female players.
