Online Tool Personalizes the G2E Tradeshow Experience

LAS VEGAS – Global Gaming Expo (G2E) show managers today announced it has partnered with technology software developer BDMetrics to revolutionize the G2E tradeshow experience with “G2Exchange.” G2Exchange is a personalized web-based tool available for each G2E attendee and exhibitor. The software tool intelligently mines through the G2E database of participants, products and conference sessions, generating a custom report tailored to each attendees’ needs and interests at the show. Additionally, it matches exhibitors with attendee prospects.

G2Exchange will be released to support G2E, the world’s largest gaming event and the intersection of forces critical for gaming professionals. After attendees register, they will receive an e-mail with a personalized report detailing people they should meet, companies they should visit and conference sessions they should attend, all based on the preferences each attendee outlines when they register. This “U-Based”™ relationship technology continually matches the interests of an attendee to the event content, and each individualized report will be updated as the show dates approach.

While G2Exchange enhances the attendee experience at G2E, SmartBooth, a suite of web-based prospecting tools, has been incorporated into the G2Exchange software to increase value for G2E exhibitors. SmartBooth is the exhibitor’s tool for tapping into G2Exchange, the active online buying community of G2E registrants, and utilizes “push” technology to let exhibitors know which registrants are actively searching for their types of products. According to show organizers, this tool enables exhibitors to directly reach these prospects before, during, and after the event. Exhibitors will be notified directly on SmartBooth access procedures by the end of July.
