The appointment of Stephen Taylor to the post of Chief Financial Officer will give CryptoLogic the benefit of over 20 years commercial finance experience. Mr Taylor has a wealth of experience, having worked for companies such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young.|

Mr Taylor replaces Jenifer Cua, who was acting as CrytoLogic’s interim CFO and will be taking over as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer.
